The Honeycomb

Strawberry supervising construction of the honeycomb, the large room beneath the beech hanger that sits at the top of Watership Down. Was originally going to give Strawberry white fur, but I quite liked scribblerian 's design, and it does make logical sense, given that characters in the book are usually named after their appearance, so I went with that. Designs for Pipkin, Dandelion and Blackberry based on LadyFiszi ​‘s work. First time I’ve tried drawing tree roots or a warren. Anyway, hope you guys like it!
